Our project

The previous systems were too inflexible, fragmented tools made collaboration difficult and many work steps had to be completed manually. This led to long processing times and a lack of transparency in the sales pipeline. To solve these challenges, Autark21 teamed up with demicon for a digital transformation with monday.com and make.com.

By implementing a new, tailor-made CRM environment, numerous processes were automated and optimised:
